This is a client's one year old Black Lab here for our Dependable Dog Program (this is his
first day of training). He has a throat problem due to his constant pulling on the leash.
When he came to us that morning, he would pull so hard that he would yank an adult right
off their feet. He was even known to pull the leash right out of the owner's hand and run
away. He had no focus on the person walking him and would cough and snort loudly from
choking himself.
This is how he behaved shortly after beginning his training, on his first day.
